Try contacting Audi-US and explaining that your dealer seems unable to fix the problem. And that you've contacted other owners, who do not have this problem, so you know it is not just "these cars are noisy". They should be able to arrange a brake inspection by another tech, or at another dealership, and they often know who has better expertise in specific systems.
If all else fails, ask them if they really want you to take the car to Sears to have this fixed.

I have known a few (half the fingers on one hand) very sharp service managers and have heard there are some others. But often, the dealer principle choses a service manager because they were willing to work for peanuts, or to squeeze the customers while ignoring the shouting, or both of those AND it was their bastard son, or some other relation.
Remember the service manager is like the driver of a clown car. He's got limited options, and has to serve his master. Always worth asking though, because you can always go over him.
Put on a poker face and ask him "Can't you just grease whatever is squeaky?" and then see how long it takes him to figure out you are joking. Or not.(G)
