A tow ring?? Maybe you mean a toe ring....

Seriously tho, I don't remember seeing anywhere for it on my S-line, but I'll look tonight

I looked all up in the grille, even opened the headlight washers...nothing.
It's quite the mystery actually.

Isn't behind the left lower fog light panel? I seem to remember the receptacle being down there for people doing the tow hook license plate holder.

Googling...

By golly, I believe you're correct sir!
In that case, I'm glad I didn't find it before...would've ruined the track photos.

Obviously if you can qualify and have the funds, it'd certainly be something to do at least once, though!
I was just speaking to a guy and the COTA track is way more expensive. $975, compared to the $315 at MSR. Screw that. The next event at MSR with openings in the green & blue groups is the weekend of February 7th. Registration starts December 8th. It's a tough yet safe track. I've got a buddy interested too, so he's bringing his 'Vette to give it a go.

On another note, I'm thinking about heading down to Ennis this Friday to take a crack at the strip. It's open-race night and is only $15.

Here are some more pictures from MSR:

I'm gaining on the Viper!

It had potential, but the pink was really slowing it down.

Just one more...

The blur of the landscape and the wheels just can't do it justice. This was the 105 MPH straight-away.

I'll stop now, but if you've been thinking about maybe, possibly, perhaps taking your Quattro to the track, you will certainly have a blast and probably meet some great people too!
