Thanks, Jim. I'm just leery of "backings" after having seen pretty much all of them, even the best, find a way to peel off and deteriorate after some years. Usually when it is least convenient.(G)

I can just throw Rain poncho on the seat and a towel over that, I was just hoping for something a small step up, like a neoprene cover that would just pull on and off and fit decently in between, instead of looking like a rag man.

I suppose Audi's are just not supposed to be used after immersion in salt water, one is supposed to refrain from any location lacking a cabana and shower.
