I'm considering the 21" macan wheels on my Q5. Does anyone here know if it will fit and clear the suspension components?

I bet so. My SQ5 has the factory 21's and the Macan and the SQ5 being the same I am bet it will.

Did some digging and here is what I've found:
Macan 21" -- FR: 9 x 21 +26 offset RR: 10 x 21 + 19 offset
SQ5 21" -- FR & RR: 8.5 x 21 +33 offset

Macan's wheel run a little wider but hopefully the lower offset will make up for it.

How wide are those Macan rims in the rear? I know some of them run staggered setups with the rears being pretty wide.

Fronts are very close to stock SQ5 21", they'll poke 1/2" more.

Rears are 10" wide, they'll poke about 1 1/4" more than stock.

If I was buying new, I'd get 4 front wheels so I could rotate them around...
