WTF? Toenail clipper storage pocket?
No, really? I was poking my head under the glove box and noticed that either I'm not very observant, or burglars broke into my car and installed an elastic mesh pocket by the passenger's left foot? On the center tunnel of the car? I'm sure this wasn't mentioned in the manuals. I couldn't have missed something THAT peculiar, could I?
WTF is supposed to be carried in that tiny mesh pocket?
An airline bottle of scotch, for emergency use only?

But there's a niche IN the glovebox for the iPod. This would require slamming the glovebox door over a wire, not a very good way to do things.
That doesn't make sense to me.

I have asked that question a while back in the following thread:

The must have deleted that from the new manuals. I found no mention of it and called Audi-US to enquire. "Oh, that's a non-specific multi-purpose storage net."
THEY sure don't know anything about umbrellas for the garden gnomes either.
You may have an umbrella holder, but I have a...what they said, now. And they're absolutely sure, there's no accessory sold to fill it.
They've also deleted the multi-purpose hangar hook, so your 2010 is a valuable classic now, loaded with equipment that's no longer available at any cost. (G)

The only umbrella that would fit in there wouldn't even keep your ears dry--I tried every collapsible we had and not even close. It's one of the only truly dumb features in this car, because it could have been made functional with very little effort.
