XM presets disappeared..

Default XM presets disappeared..
My radio presets for XM stations disapearred this morning..I can go to the stations manually when in XM band mode..but gone from the presets..FM and AM presets still there...

Anybody else ever have this happen?

My XM updated this morning when I turned on the car. Took about 5 minutes. Maybe all of this is related.

I had same problem as xm updated this morning then volume issue and presets dissappeared.

Looks like a widespread issue with MMI

Major bug

Every time XM updates their channel list the presets disappear. It's an XM issue not an Audi issue. It creates an entirely new channel list file.

I doubt that...I had a Lexus for 9 years XM..never had an issue losing presets. More of an issue that Audi can't handle a channel update..which is an Audi issue

With the facts you have presented you are obviously correct. I'm sure your 9 year old Lexus used a Linux based operating system with the same capabilities as Audi's MMI.
