2016 SQ5 percentage off MSRP?
Hey guys! I have been looking all over the web and have seen people claiming they got up to 12% off MSRP on a new 2016 SQ5.
Is this the area I should be shooting for? At least 10% off MSRP?
Any insight you can offer?
I'm in S Florida and the Audi dealers in this are are dicks.

I saw those same posts, neither dealer in Oklahoma would budge on the price. MSRP is all they would take. Went to Dallas and while they still billed us MSRP they have us a lot more for the trade in value on our car, to the point where they almost gave us retail value for it.

Yeah, it really depends on a dealer and area. Where I am, there is only one Audi dealer within a 200 mile radius, so they are not at all interested in dropping their prices. We still made out OK, but only thanks to wife's employer discount.

10% off is the minimum I have seen in California. It's most likely due to the fact that many of the dealers are high volume dealers and are willing to budge more on price to move units.

We ended up at the DFW Audi dealer and bought there. All in all we were happy with the deal as they gave us a lot more for our 2011 Lincoln MKX than what we expected, more so since it needed tires soon as well.
I do know now though to skip the local OKC dealer, all they are worried about is selling at full retail. The service guy was talking to be about the SQ5 when we brought it in for the 1st service and why we didn't buy it there. When I told him the stories of our dealing with their sales people he didn't seem shocked at all.
