Timing is everything folks... I work at Audi of Beaverton Oregon. These are the LAST TWP DAYS of the month and the quarter ! I can tell you Sales Managers are always motivated to boost our numbers at this time. So, stop by your local Dealer and be prepared to take home your new Q5.

Not quite the same situation, but about 7 months ago, I bought an SQ5 CPO with 15K miles on it...Nav, alcantara seats and 20" wheels.
Used my '09 Toureg TDI (with 137K miles) as a trade, and paid $38K, with the 100K/6yr Audi warranty.
I got in JUST before they admitted that the 3.0L diesel was also part of the scam.
Love those CPO deals..although, I admit, it's not brand new!

Price now 2017 SQ5 are being received by dealerships
I bought a new 2016 SQ5 on July 9th in Southern Cal. MSRP was $62,275 and I paid $56,491 plus tax and license. I traded in a 2012 Q5 with 51,000 miles and got $22,000, plus it had a Takata air bag recall, so I received an additional $2,000 for the trade-in from Audi. Since we had an Audi we received $750.00, plus we financed the minimum amount required by Audi Finace in order to receive another $1000.00 in rebates.
I shopped four dealerships and while two matched the price of the dealership I eventually bought the CUV from, they would not match the trade-in value. One would only give me $20,000 and the other only $21,000. The fourth dealership would only discount $2,000 off MSRP, so my dealing with them stopped right away. I hope this helps you.
BTW, the 2017 SQ5 models are the same as the 2016 SQ5 models. The color Sepang Blue which was an exclusive SQ5 color in 2016 will be a color available on the 2017 Q5 models. The 2017 packages appear to be the same as the 2016, but will cost more.
