Low oil pressure, switch off engine

Low oil pressure, switch off engine
I am having trouble with low oil pressure. The dealer thinks its the oil level sensor and oil pressure switch. They had the car for over 24 hours and performed all sorts of diagnostics. They said they are 95% sure its the sensors and that would be the cheapest alternative. It is just recently out of warranty, ugh. Does anyone have this issue and I wonder if anyone actually blew the engine or if its just some sort of nuisance alarm.

All they have to do is check oil pressure. If its good, then they need to ground the wire from the sensor and if the light never comes on then the sensor is bad. If it does come on still theres a wiring or instrument cluster problem. What engine is in this Q5 u have.

I have a 2012 Q5 Quattro 2.0. The car is still in the shop. They took it for a test drive after they replaced the pressure switch and sensor but the check engine light came on again. Now they are saying its the bleed valve, which is located on top of the engine.
