Back to Audi
After a disappointing run with my '12 S4 that led to me trading it in less than 6 months, I've come back to Audi by just ordering a Q5 TDI in Brilliant Black with Beige interior. No options other than the tow hitch since I felt the PP was optioned enough for me. I am leaning toward H&R coilovers and researching a mild chip tune.
Long wait until late June, but excited all the same! It will be my DD that can also pull my small enclosed motorcycle trailer. I'm hoping to get 20mpg pulling the trailer that my '12 V6 Frontier gets about 13mpg.
Just saying hello

Very cool, both are among the state-of-the-art in superbikes. One of my street riding buddies has an s1000rr and we switch back and forth on occasion. He keeps saying he wants to buy a ZX-10r and I love the feel of his bike as well. With the wire mod unleashing the Euro ECU map on my 10r they are making almost the exact same power on my team's Dyno.
Having said all of that, I'm selling my 10r in favor of riding my 600. You can get away with being 'lazy' through the gears with a liter bike due to the TQ. Running the 600 on the street more closely mirrors race conditions on a smaller bike where you really need to keep the revs up.
I'm really hoping to get 20mpg towing my current 5x8 enclosed trailer. Fully loaded with 2 bikes it weighs only about 2000 lbs but it's still like towing a brick in terms of aerodynamics. I may end up with an Ironhorse aerodynamic trailer. For team trips, we often have the use of a semi based RV and 24 foot trailer ich gets about 11mpg but can easily carry up to 6 bikes, gear, and people.
