Brand New Q5 with Issues

All good theory/script, but not applicable
If I read the relevant post above from the OP with the issue, the car is being fixed at a different dealer than the original selling one. From that reply:
...The dealer that I bought it from doesn't have a comparable vehicle on the lot, but actually the dealer where I've had the car serviced (because it's 2 miles from my house that's where they took the car), had a vehicle with the exact same colors and options, ...
At some point, the servicing dealer logically says, why do I want these issues and sends OP on his way. Thus in the practical world, with a new dealer in the mix, they would probably want to see something in it for them on the sales side. More so with the Q5 being the current hot seller with relatively few on lots. Yes, small minded and stuck in the local trees of the bigger Audi forest, but welcome to car business and franchised dealers. I think there would be more leverage here if the car in fact was back at the selling dealer, but then they would still have to haggle with this other dealer to get the replacement vehicle, or get Audi USA to intervene.
