I called two dealers and they said there is no update showing for my VIN#. I guess I just have to take it into dealer to have them diagnose and update ( I believe its TSB-37-13-84)
TSB-37-13-84 is very old TSB

I just stopped by a dealership and explained the problem and set up an appointment date for Monday. They said it might take a few days, and will update the software if it needs.

Service guy told me he's only seen the problem for 2006-09 model Audis and mine shouldn't have problems since its a 2014 model. He also told me that it might be a natural thing for this transmission.(Hope not cuz it sucks)

So I am wondering if anybody with 2014 model has experienced any TSB or updates to eliminate the hard down and up shifting problems in the low gears.

Possibly any latest TSB code?

Thank you!

hey spijun

does this mean, the 2014 models already come with the TSB update?

I am kinda getting irritated because i am having the same issue regarding the harsh up & down shifting in low gears and do not see any update experiences or stories about 2014 models.

All models manufactured after January 2013 come with an update TSB that was done in a factory
Ask dealers test car with the same engine as yours and try. Compare the two car, if there is a difference seeks an explanation from dealers

Doesn't the Audi Drive Select setting include a shifting profile?
