Hi,

The Q5 center armrest console tray is generous but in most cases just ends up being a junk collector.

I purchased the "AndyGo" console tray insert from Amazon.ca - its sold by many other names on Amazon.com and on ebay.

The "AndyGoŽ 2015 Latest Car Glove Box Armrest Storage box Organizer Center Console Tray For Audi Q5 2008-2015" - also fits my Q5 2016 perfectly.

Here are the obligatory photos:


My mess to begin with.


The tray does not interfere with the 12v power slot - it fits in over top.


Tray empty and before installation.


Tray loaded up - small gripe is the coin slots are too small for Canadian loonies and toonies.


Fits my gigantic Nexus 6 in a heavy case - perfectly!

Judging by the Amazon link, it fits 1 yuan coins perfectly, however. And plenty of room for your Chinese state-owned-tobacco company cigarettes.

Not to mention a great storage place for your key fob - just leave it there and drive right off when you want!

Yes - sturdy and fits perfectly. It is a "drop in". All you have to do is remove all the crap you already have that will block it from being inserted :-).
