Have the comfort seats and I don't think the cooling feature is all that useful. the seats themselves are not as comfortable as the sport seats. The leather is not as soft as Nappa, but not sure how well Nappa would do with our two golden retrievers. The Milano is grained and more stiff. If I didn't have them in the car, I'd definitely go sports.
