Installing OEM fork mount bike rack

Installing OEM fork mount bike rack
I recently bought a used 2014 Q5. I'm installing OEM roof rails and the OEM fork mount bike rack. I bought the fork mount bike rack used off ebay. It came with instructions but a) they are very hard to follow, and b) I am not sure if I have all the pieces needed to mount the rack onto the roof rails.
I've checked here and on youtube but there's nothing I can find that shows what all the pieces are and how to do the first-time installation. I've seen the short Audi-produced video but that doesn't help. The instructions mention installing it facing backwards (fork lock facing the rear) the first time - not sure why but I think it has something to do with having easier access to thread some of the bolts. Then it has you take it off and switch it to forward-facing before you tighten everything up.
I have the rack, the key, the metal plate that is used to attach the rack to the rear rail, and then two each of two different types of square washers that I believe are used to slide into the roof rail channel. Two are larger/darker metal and the other two are smaller/brighter.
For anyone who has installed this, any clues are appreciated.
Thanks!

Thanks. I've reviewed the manual and the video already. The manual doesn't have the details of all the parts. I think they were originally pre-assembled and the seller took everything apart. The diagrams and instructions in the book are lacking. The video does not show the initial assembly, and it doesn't show those parts up close enough to see what I need.

See below---
Illustrations 1 and 3 show how things should be assembled.
The two silver square nuts are for mounting that black plate to the rear of the carrier, and the 3 black rectangular nuts are for mounting the carrier to the channels of the roof rack. (Two in front, 1 in the back).
I think you might be missing some bolts as there should be 5 hex if I recall correctly.
-Hope this helps!

Thanks. These instructions are different than the ones I have. Also the person I bought the rack from has given me more details. The screws for attaching the rack to the front rail are already in the rackitchen so I think I have all the screws.
