Not sure EXACTY what you're asking, but if you want to update the firmware on your MMI, yes entirely possible. If you are seeking to update the entire MMI to the latest 3G+ unit, as they say ANYTHING is possible with enough $$ and time, but doubt you'd really want to undertake that.

Just get A2DP BT streaming and you'll be able to play music as you've wanted to.
