"Trucks, Vans, Crossover Vehicles, Smart cars and SUVs are not eligible as Payment Saver Loan vehicle types. This restriction includes hybrid trucks and SUVs as well.

Pre-approved drafts no longer available for Payment Saver loans."
My loan was mid January, so things may have changed. Interest went up
a bit, but still a sweet deal if you do not want to put your money in a
depreciating asset and have the lowest payments, along with being able
to get out of the car a lot easier than a lease.
If you have applied for another car loan recently, you could just apply
with Pen Fed, see if it goes through, and if it does not you should not
get dinged on your credit report since they consider multiple loan applications
in a short time as one.
