I've been waiting and finally picked up my '14 Q5 3.0T with S-line Pkg in daytona grey.

I am loving it so far. I am also new to Euro cars as well as Audi so the whole control panel is very quite interesting to me.

I just have a few general questions and would appreciate any input and help.

1) Opened the hood after a drive to check it out and engine bay felt hotter than other cars I've owned before. Of course my previous cars were all non Audi and naturally aspirated. Is this normal?

2) I looked into some modifications and I learned that APR ECU can interrupt warranty issues. Is it the same case for the aftermarket intake system?
