I think everyone here knows that, but Audi's current nomenclature apparently refers to all forced induction engines as "T"
I don't blame them... keeps it simple for the general consumer. At least Audi remains true with the engine displacements in their nomenclature (unlike BMW and MB). And at the end of the day, they're all blown motors so who cares.
But if you want to get technical, I'd say the 3.0TDI is more deserving of the V6T badge than any of the gas 3.0TFSI's.

It's a bit easier for Audi because they doesn't put engine displacement in the model number like MB or BMW. They just add the displacement number after the model name. BMW and MB's nomenclature use to reflect the true displacement in the past, but marketing became more important I guess.

Pedants! I thought it was well-established that "T" just means forced induction to Audi (does the VW side do that, too?) and not "turbo", but it comes up from time to time anyway.
We seem to be nearly to the point where all of Audis engine options will be "something-T". Though then again, is there a reason to not stick a supercharger on when given the option?

A few more pics, this time from my SLR.
A wee bit of the Panther Crystal effect showing itself here.
One final one from my cellphone.
This one was taken at the same time as the other ones that showed the exaggerated Panther Black Crystal effect.
I love how it's as black as the night, until the sun hits it and it comes ALIVE!
