LED Light Success (2013 Q5) !
Well, after a blown fuse and a few other little faux pas along the way, here is the LED light installation on my 2013 3.0T.*
I have also included a picture of the Yokohoma Parada Spec-X which replaced the Goodyear Excellence summer tires.
Note, the 2013 includes LEDs over the license plate--so, you don't need to order these bulbs.
There is an excellent summary of how to install these in a thread. I strongly recommend reviewing the pictures. It is easier to pop the entire casing out of the headliner than to attempt to install a bulb in the casing by removing the lens or cover.
Cheers!
*Busted the tab on one of the visor lights. Super glued it back. Take the whole unit out of the headliner if you ever do this.

I just ordered a kit from tunerdomes.com this weekend, so I guess I'll be tackling this soon too.
Were you following the instructions in this thread? Any surprises in a 2013, or were the lights you did just like the 2012 in that thread?

I got mine from KRauto parts.
$79.99 with lifetime warranty for the same LED kit as tunerdomes, free shipping to USA or CAN.
Thanks.

Sorry for the dumb question. But what was the reason for replacing all those bulbs with LED ones? I can't remember ever having a bulb burn out inside a car before. Is it just for a different lighting aesthetic?
