Hi Redd, not sure if you were responding to me or not. I think S models are in a special league. The SQ5's are very low volume and I've had to wait a month before one even came in for me to test, and it sold while I was out test driving it. There's very little opportunity to even purchase a used one, and the prices stay high because of high demand, low supply. The regular Q5's are pretty common though.

Costco Canada doesn't have the same level of service as the USA version. Basically all I get access to is $1000 off a Ford, but thanks.. it was worth a shot.

I know if I wanted to order a brand new SQ5, I could negotiate more off MSRP because they are outgoing models. But for the shiny new virtual cockpit version which will be announced in a few months, people will generally pay full MSRP for the privilege.

I'm kind of wondering what it's going to be like to order the new redesigned Q5's in general -- the waiting lists are already building up at each dealership.
