Results using CQuartz Reload
I wanted to detail my car as it has been about six months since I had CQuartz applied by a local detail shop. Washed the Q5, dried it and applied Reload (probably used more than I needed to), buffed it with a short nap mf towel.
The finish is really incredible... Never had a car that has such an outstanding exterior. Based on the directions, this product can be used over any sealant. If you have never tried this, IMHO, I think it's worth it...

RELOAD is a terrific product. Super E-Z to use, too.

My detailer is high on CQuarts also as well as Opticoat (which I have on my Q5). I plan to have my wife's red VW EOS coated with CQuartz Finest in a couple months. It had 'Simonize Glass Coat' on it from the dealer. It held up for about 2 years and now is not doing much.

Yeah, lots of really good choices out there today in terms of coatings. I've got three different products on our Avant that I'm evaluating. They all look pretty decent.
FWIW, the RELOAD is supposed to work on all coatings. I've even seen a few use it as a stand-alone product with good longevity.

Have Modesta BC-03 and BC-05 on my wife's Sepang Blue SQ5.
It's been 6 months now, and there's still not a single swirl mark on this car. Granted, I'm being very careful with the paint care. Only washing myself by hand, or at the touchless automatic wash.
I recently used the M1-Shot spray and it definitely increased the water-shedding properties of the sealants. Not that they needed it... but man, when it rains the water just blows off the paint with the wind.

I use Gloss-it products. I applied a coat of their Quartz coating to my SQ. It still looks great after almost a year. I do hand wash my SQ once a week never any automatic car washes and always use top notch micro fibers from the RAG company to dry. Also they make the best tire shine I have ever used.
