Not sure if folks saw this, but pasted below (courtesy of worldcarfans). My guess is the SQ5 will be eventually offered in the gas version in the states and we'll get the 3.0L diesel to be had as the S-Line variety, just my guess.

"A screenshot from Volkswagen's ETKA (electronic parts catalog) has apparently revealed the Audi SQ5 will also be offered with a petrol engine.
The image suggests the crossover will feature a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine that produces 354 HP (260 kW). For comparison, the twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine currently in the SQ5 develops 313 HP (230 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the model to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.1 seconds and hit a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
The crossover's styling should remain untouched so expect aggressive bumpers, faux-aluminum mirror caps and 20-inch alloy wheels. There could also be a sport-tuned suspension that reduces the ride height by 30mm.
The petrol-powered SQ5 will reportedly be launched in May, so look for an official unveiling in the near future."

"They" seem to expect that the SQ5 would be launched here as a petrol version as opposed to the TTDI. Ideally we'd see both, though a TDI S model would be more interesting to me personally. Have yet to see any guesses on when the SQ5 might show its face in this part of the world.

I'm with you.... Please don't make the Diesel exclusive to the SQ5 model. Wouldn't Audi want to sell more of them than that?
