Dealers like selling Audi Care because it keeps you coming back for all service and repairs. While any Audi dealer within your home country will honor AC, most owners will use the dealer where they bought it.

I bought my car as a CPO; which wasn't close to where I live...but, you go where the deals are!
There aren't too many SQ5's as a CPO around me.
I service my at a place that's convenient.

"all filters,"
Wow! Other than the oil filter (about $20 retail from the OEM) and of course, the solid 24K gold mesh cabin air filter, I hadn't known there were many more filters on the car. (I know a gold and rug merchant, he can get me the cabin air filters at a real good price, too.(G)

55K service done...updated the ECU recall.
They 'comp'd' me for the sunvisor clip that broke...said they wouldn't even put it through for warranty b/c there's an $85 deductible on the warranty and they knew it would just **** me off!
Unfortunately, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes b/c the car was being washed...so, they said they would detail it for free on the next service because they made me wait!

I love my dealer!!

A number of the dealers are replacing sun visor clips "as a courtesy". Possibly because that two cent piece of plastic is a well-known irritant. Cheaper to put in new clips, than to antagonize customers over two cents.(G)

ECU recall on which year and model?

I bought the ODBeleven pro and it worked great. I was able to turn off the service due message, needle sweep, fogs on when wheel turns, and VIM.

There is the engine air filter there too.
No wallet filter.

Took me about 1 hour to change spark plugs, and another hour or so to change the engine air filter. I am NOT a mechanic, although I do my brakes, air and cabin filters, other little stuff like headlight bulbs.

Guys, just to clarify things a bit:

- Carista officially supports resetting the "service due" indicator as of earlier this year; no beta needed.
- The pricing is $9.99 for a 1-week pass (non-recurring) or $39.99/year as a subscription, both of which give you full access to all other features in the app as well. During the beta, we experimented with some different pricing models, but ultimately dropped them and went for a simple Pro that includes everything at 1 flat price. For $9.99 for 1 week or $39.99/year, you get unlimited access to all features in Carista: diagnostics, customizations (a.k.a. coding/adaptations), and service tools (service reset, EPB).
- Before July 2016, we had a 1-time-purchase option ("Pro Package"). If you bought that, you're grandfathered-in and you don't have to pay anything extra. You have access to all features in the app, too.

Oh and also, I should mention we're currently running a Black Friday / Cyber Monday promo on our hardware OBD2 adapter: 25% off through Amazon: https://goo.gl/Y0CklK
(you can also use the Carista app with generic cheap ELM327 adapters, but they don't always work).
