Mine are both doing this which makes it unusable at highway speed, unless the road is completely empty behind. I refuse to become one of those people! When stopped it sprays the moonroof. Will be bringing this silliness up at the 5k service.

Issue #1: They said there was a software update to take care of a steering recall.
I have to say, the car drives literally 100% different and I'm not sure I like it. It's SUPER loose. I felt driving down the highway I had to be so on the ball as the car wheel would simply move back and forth with no tension.
Doesn't feel like a great upgrade or fix. Is there somewhere I can read about what was done and why?

Be brave. Take a common sewing needle from any sewing kit, gently insert it into the nozzle ball, and rotate the nozzle down a titch.
Spray and repeat if needed.
Despite whatever you've been told, this will not void your warranty. This also allows you to put the fluid where you want it, for the speeds you most often drive at. When on the road at speed, the airflow will change the spray pattern/distance.
Unless you ordered the speed-compensated wiper-washer system, which will adjust the pattern for driving speed. (WEG)

Just use a stick pin to adjust the nozzle ball....
to make the fluid hit the correct spot.
Takes only a few minutes. I have been doing that for the last 30-40 years...
