Hi all

The volume of the Bluetooth phone dialing and speech is very low in my 2008 with MMI High 2G, anyone have an idea why? I've tried turning up the Bluetooth volume in the settings and it adjusts when doing that but it doesn't increase when I receive or make calls and the speech from the other person is almost too low to hear. Turning up the volume using the **** on the console or steering wheel thumb wheel helps but its still hard to hear?

Will and update help, I'm not at the newest version nor the oldest either, version AU-HU 51.4.0 0731

Have you tried adjusting the volume when actually in a call using the normal volume controls on either steering wheel or console?

Yes, it turns it up but not significantly and not permanently either.

Have you checked the call levels set in your phone as the levels in here will also increase or decrease the phone volume

Its a Nokia Lumia windows phone and I've put the ringer volume to its highest setting, is the Bluetooth likely to be considered an app rather than ringer volume?

That's the only option I have?

So you went through the MMI Volume setting "Telephone" and turned it all the way up and that did not work?

Yes, in MMI I went into the Bluetooth sub menu and turned the volume up as much as possible, it didn't help.
