2009-2012 Extended Warranty from AOA
From all US Q7 just received a letter for all 2009-2012 model Year Q7 TDI for a extension for High-Pressure Fuel Pump for time Vehicle original in-service date up to 10 years or 120,000Miles.
If your pump goes out what Audi tech will do is to take fuel sample if it pass spec then your Fuel pump will get replace under warranty.
If you all ready replace your fuel pump then AOA will reimburse your claim. If you have not received your letter I recommend to call AOA.

I need to call them. I just had my HPFP disintegrate a couple weeks ago. My extended warranty paid for it but I had to pay $250 deductible. The tech that did the labor showed me pictures of the damage and I couldn't believe the destruction. There was large amounts of metal all inside the FP.
