Hi,
I'm a complete newbie here and I just bought a 2013 CPO Q7 S-Line and the Firmware running is HN+_US_AU3G_PO556 and Nav DB is 8R0060884AM NAR 5.6.5.

Of course, this is a pretty old firmware and I want to update it to the latest. Can you please tell me what differences I can find in the latest firmware/map from what I have? My GPS doesn't give out traffic data, not sure if the latest version will, I don't have a data plan to go with the MMI, should I get it?

Can i do the f/w and map upgrade myself? The car is still under warranty till end of 2018 (bought a certified pre-owned).

I bought a 2012 CPO (the only way to go) and so far they have covered everything on the extended warranty so I would think that if there are updates available the warranty should cover them.
