Interesting. 640 UTQG treadwear rating.
Pirelli Scorpion Verde Plus carries a 740 UTQG treadwear rating but treadwear warranty is " only" 65000 miles. ( If mine go 50000 I'll be very happy. Conti DWS went 33000' as did OEM Pirelli's.)

So yes, I think you can do 75k miles with the tires which have this warranty, on a Q7.

Yeah, tread wear warranties are always prorated against the actual driven mileage. If the warranty is 50k and they're dead at 25k, you'd get somewhere around 50% of the purchase price in rebate coupons.
Given the hassle of how such warranty claims are submitted, it's rarely worth the effort to get back $50. Now, given the Q7's ability to eat tires (I'm at 22k on my OEM Pirellis, and they're just about done), maybe this is a case where there might be some value...
