Hello all air conditioning blower under passenger seat is making a whining noise and cutting on and off. I changed air filter and old one was very dirty probably original 2008. Did the fan burn out?

Possible the brushes worn down, remove and inspect. A new aftermarket is about 100$ on ebay.

I think I have the same problem.

On the passenger side (dashboard area), I hear a whine. The fan of the A/C either stops or is moving very slowly. The problem is intermittent. If I turn the A/C off for a few minutes, it starts working again.

If you are able to fix it, let me know and what you did. If I find anything out, I'll post back here.

Could you provide a link to the part you are talking about?

Just bought this part myself, but be careful - there seems to be two different parts that are not interchangeable. Make sure you grab the correct one. It should be really easy to replace it so you could just inspect it for the correct part# before ordering (I had the dealer confirm mine).

Hey, did you receive it yet? I'm going to have to replace mine too. I don't have any air coming out of the front vents at all.

I received it but did not have time to install it... hopefully this week

Ordered part from eBay installed just now and all working. My guess filter was filthy, caused blower motor to burn out....
