Hi All,

Just wanted to ask a quick question as i'm stuck. Could someone please tell me what an Air Suspension relay is? And where i could actually get one from. If someone could post a link/pic of one i would really appreciate it. Plus if someone could tell me the price of it will be.

Relays are switches that open and close circuits electromechanically or electronically. They control one electrical circuit by opening and closing contacts in another circuit.

The "Air Suspension Relay" (that we're talking about in this post) basically turns an air compressor on and off to raise the vehicle's air suspension.

The genuine VAG part number is 4H0951253A and retails for around $30-40.
It's a pretty standard 40A relay, so I'm sure you'll be able to find something generic for less.

Punch the part number into Google and you'll get a bunch of places to buy one from.
