Good Morning
we have a problem in Audi Q7 2011 3.0 TFSI with overheat problem
the problem appear when drive the car for about 5 mins the temperature rise to 120 , and when the car in idle condition the temp is normal in 90 , we replaced the Thermostat regulator and made a bleeding for the coolant and the problem still appear , there is no static fault in the ODIS , but one time there is intermittent fault appear about the Charge Air coolant pump V188 and disappear again.
is there any suggestions to solve this problem .

In the cooling diagram there is a part for charge air cooling in the circuit and the super charger cooled by this circuit .
But do you mean the problem comes from the super charger itself or from a compnent in the cooling circuit for the charge air ?
