Default The baterry is less than a year old but its draining buy itself

I'm driving Q7 07 replace the battery in the winter but I didn't have the vag-com at that time to change the serial number or change codes , I wonder if this is the reason the battery is not lasting for more than 2 days now ? The indicator goes down to one bar and the trunk won't open but the car start normal

Yes this could potentially have killed your battery, as old batteries are charged more than new ones (your car was still thinking it had an old battery).
The car will shut off non necessary systems (as the power trunk and AMI) when the power is low.

The battery is more than liklely just fine. Because you didn't recode for the new one, the ECU thinks the battery is still low so it is acting accordingly to preserve power. If you don't have access to a VCDS, you can either bring the car in to the dealer to have it recoded or wait awhile - the ECU usually will eventually self-calibrate to the new battery.

The most likely cause of your battery drain is faulty door lock or locks. They remain active after locking up. They are supposed to power down after thirty seconds. Later production do not have this problem.
It is common for the tailgate motor to stop functioning as part of the battery power save mode as will courtesy lights. Its just to leave you enough power to start up.
I generally leave mine unlocked to avoid this problem as I am out of warranty. My battery is still the original after 8 years.

Really common problem, I have the same problem. Solution is to replace the door handle / sensor. (Not relevant to this thread though..)
