i appreciate the lead and it's a damn good price but unfortunately doesn't have the panoramic roof and bang & olufsen fitment so it will not work for me.

dealer quoted me on labor install for a reasonable rate and heavily discounted but i can't get the parts department to give me a price on the part because i don't have a 2015 vin with the black alcantara headliner installed for them to look up the part.

I can't stand this. Any dealer that wont spend 45 seconds to look up a part but instead requires the customer to provide a VIN is downright LAZY! All it takes is one bad or lazy employee to drive a customer away forever. I have been into some dealerships where the sales rep behind the counter doesn't want to deal with anyone who utters the word retrofit and I have worked with some that really get excited to help Audi enthusiasts with their projects. Thankfully I have found probably the best Audi parts guy in California. He has time and time again helped me with my projects and gone the extra mile to get those "hard to get" parts from Germany that aren't normally stocked in the US. Its the customer service alone in that department that will probably be the reason our next Audi comes from that dealership. I don't think I am too far off to think that all parts departments should foster a positive attitude and relationship with their customers. Its frequently these Audi enthusiasts that are the repeat customers when it comes to selling cars. Its also these enthusiasts that tout the brand all over forums and the internet. And all of this aside, its just good business practice and customer service to sell parts. Why am I arguing about parts departments finding reasons to not sell parts?!? I've never walked into Lowes and had a store employee try and avoid selling me something for my home project!

Are you referring to Bill? Miramar Audi? If so... I agree. I am across the country and I do business with him and Carson (NJ) only because they're the only two guy who know their parts inside and out and know exactly what the customer is trying to accomplish.

That looks hot as hell.

Any instructions on how to remove the rear headliner?

I need to replace the shark fin antenna.
