Another thing I learned when my windshield was replaced is the wipers have to be reset to park. Had my glass replaced at work, and on my way home tried the wipers and they didn't work. Stopped by Safelite, which is on my way home, and tech knew right away what problem was. Took 10 minutes to fix, and he said Audi wipers have a reset requirement, and tech who did glass install should have done it.

Not complex, you just power them on and let them park before fitting the wiper arms, then all is fine.
