BUT, due to this fine german engineering have the premium sound system in it, I hear nothing but Bass booming everywhere and forget about looking to quiet the seats.

2008 Q7 - bought new - 48k miles - no rattle noises

Only <a href="http://www.dognmonkey.com/audi/fix-q7-heavy-squeaky-doors.html">squeaky doors</a>.

2015 - one rattle, in the rear sunroof, it stops rattling when I open it, applied graphite spray to the seal stopped it permanently.

spray those hinges with lithium grease and open close door motion to work it in and squeak gone for a few more years

I used to use lithium grease on the door hinges. I bought a 3M teflon spray, it doesn't collect dirt like lithium...

I had an occasional "knock/creak" for a bit... I think it was related to the pano-roof after researching posts on here. After I brought it in for the 15K (where they lube/whatever the pano roof seals, etc), I haven't had any issues.
