exactly as stated above... it is not a moving accident or negligence etc. it's just an unfortunate event of vandalism but i would go to the best body shop in the area and get quotes... weigh your options. if you have other issues that need to be addressed then use this as an opportunity to get it all done.

Oh man I feel for you, even parking far away from other cars doesn't help. Have had my q dented at a freakin grocery store, very unfortunate
