Default engine low oil pressure and noise in the morning

When turning the engine on early in the morning I do get a low oil pressure warning light accompanied with a hard cracking noise.any solution for this problem.

What kind of vehicle? What engine? how many miles? Is the oil changed on schedule?

I would say dont run as sounds like timing chain tensioner issues
