Default Help please 2014 Q7 front bumper blinker conversion

Hi I can't find any information on this subject I figure there would be a lot the older Q7's I believe 2010 and prior had the blinker in the bumper that was also a daytime running light they do sell an LED that has White LEDs for daytime running lights and keeps orange for the blinker they are made by iJDMToy I bought them figuring they would work in my 2014 but I was wrong they do fit perfect into the bumper brought the connections are completely different now I knew I was going to have to run a wire from my DRL down to them seeing my 2014 it is just a blinker in the bumper which I did not mind I own A car audio and performance shop so I figured it would be no problem but then I saw the connections on the aftermarket lights and they completely puzzled me they have a ballast with 2 resistors in it One resistor is 10.5 ohms and one resistor is 30 40 means there are four sets of wires coming out of the Light each set of wires is in pairs so two pairs plug in to the little box with the resistors in it and then there are two pairs that I have very odd connections and there is continuity on each set I figured each that would be a negative and a positive but that is obviously not the case I've tried finding information about this retrofit and have come up with nothing I'm surprised no one is tried it already in my opinion I believe it would look hot to have a nice white LED that matches the LEDs in the headlight for DRL's does anyone have any information on this Here is a picture of the aftermarket lightplease can someone help me wire these up or tell me what I need to do there has to be away or at least tell me if I connect the sets the negative or the positive

I'm figuring the yellow wires are for the blinker in the white wires are for the DRL

The set of white wires coming out of the little box also has matching resistance

The set of yellow wires coming out of the little box has the same resistance

Sorry about the punctuation I usually use voice input for typing and get carried away I was able to figure this situation out it was a little tricky but I did get it working correctly at the end. I also did not set off any codes or any malfunction warning's the I also did not set off any codes or any malfunction warning's the wife whites work perfect in the blinkers work perfect and 15 then was really no big deal they are a little shorter then the 2014 blinkers but very easy to make a filler to fill the gap wiring was a little tricky but not bad

Yeah I am located in Springfield what part of Mass you from. It's not actually my queue seven it's one of my really good friends I have a 2005 that I got about three months ago and I have already done a cold air intake that I built myself and right now I am finishing the carbon fiber cover and heat deflector for it did not feel like spending $600 was worth it when I get you one just as good for 100 I did a B&B fabrication exhaust cat back I just got a JH and short shifter in I also played with VCDS a little bit modified a few things. I also seven with PS iJDMToy said those lights could not fit into the New Q7 because I emailed and asked them how I should wire them they said it is not possible I had so much fun telling them it was possible they do look good on the truck they work perfect set off no codes and told them how much money they were losing because they didn't try to figure it out. I told them if they wanted to give me some free stuff I would make a video and even make a mold to fill the gap that you can't even notice and show them how to wire them correctly I thought it was pretty funny I have a car audio and fabrication and performance shop mainly do dealer work Friends and word-of-mouth

Default Looks absolutely great

Did you do all the work on it yourself I'm going to have to show it to my buddy who owns the Q7. I'm sure he's gonna want to do some upgrades as well. I never realize there was that much out there for the truck yours looks absolutely gorgeous you did a great job.
I'm actually in the process of doing my S5 with Niche wheels A flat white metallic wrap I did a short shifter B&B exhaust And I'm actually in the process of playing with carbon fiber to make new carbon fiber interior and some exterior pieces. I just purchased all the stuff so I can vacuum bag and did a few test runs with just hand Laying it. I still have a long way to go I eventually want to supercharge it I wish there was more parts available for the V8 4.2 in my 2010 s5 I would love to do a new upper intake manifold but parts are limited
