do you have an NAR vehicle or ROW?
if NAR and you would like an oem unit and factory integration it can be done.
it isn't the cheapest option but it is more affordable now if you go for mmi-2g since now most have upgraded to mmi-3g or 3g+. iirc the easiest way to tell if yours is pre-wired or not is if you have a "NAV" button but do not have navigation. if so you are pre-wired and simply need to purchase the "brain" w/ discs and do some coding if not it will be fairly costly.
