I would not advise fitting any air filter other than a good quality standard paper air filter - OEM is the very best option.
+1 Oiled filters do bad things to MAF sensors. Also remember that Audi, unlike some other manufacturers, does a very good job of fitting high flow air filters.
I have same engine, same year as yours and i will order K&N soon. My tuner has also same car and driven 100,000 miles with K&N and no problems at all. For sure OEM filters are good, but if you're thinking of doing a tune up/remap then the filters will be worth while.
As for other mods... depends on your taste..
I have done..
1. Led DRL
2. Muffler delete
3. Remapped
4. Vag-Com lowering
5. Other vag mods
As you're in hong kong? you should be able to get the front LED drl's cheap, maybe 100$?.
If you need a remap PM me your skype and i will send you to the right person.
