Definitely have to agree on the Hawk ceramic red dust. It's nnowhere! Near as bad as the OEM dust but particularly up front the red dust appears quickly. Additionally it isn't exceptionally sticky but it isn't much easier to clean I find. That has been one of my pleasantries regarding ceramics before. I do get a squeal from mine but only at a terminal final speed. For instance inching in or out of the garage. I have drilled slotted rotors btw. So I never attribute anything to just one part, since I did the setup at one time. Pleased with setup btw and would likely do hawk cerammies again too if I didn't see his repeated recommendation for Rotex gold. Feel like I have to try them now.

And pretty certain I purchased the set with a discount from autoanything.com. really fast delivery stands out in my memory too.

Tirerack.com carries pretty much the entire line of Hawk pads. Decent prices.
Not affiliated, etc., etc.

As an update, I installed front pads last September and a few weeks ago I just installed the rear pads. Work great and absolutely no noise. I did follow the proper bedding instructions. Also, no issue with the sensors so perhaps the paint issue was resolved.

Hawk front LTS pads installed on my 2011 Q7 for almost 5 months; doing great so far, minimal dust, no squeal and minimal loss of stopping power. picked them up at autoanything.com for a few $$ less than tirerack.com FWIW.
