Icono,
you indicated you noticed a bump in MPG? most people i know with exhaust notice a decrease in their MPG(granted they're driving S4 and S5 respectively) Also, do you have a sprint booster installed and/or any ECU flashes on your Q?

Notice in increased MPG was before GIAC tune and I am not sure if it is from better breath-ability or from weight savings. Remember you're shedding over 100lbs over Milltek exhaust.
The common issue with loss of MPG after "Mods" is because you're getting on the car to see the improvement or to hear the exhaust/intake/tune. I would imagine all things being equal in terms of driving temps conditions and style one would see see a positive delta after modifications not negative.

i swapped out to resonated pipes and love this system even more. for any who are undecided the resonated pipes are the way to go.
subtle, touch louder over stock at idle and low rpm, noticeable at full acceleration and conservatively refined at highway cruising speeds.
the non-resonated pipes drew a bit too much unwanted attention at school drop-off and valet. my goal was to achieve the perfect blend of improved exhaust note, tone and retaining the performance benefits without turning heads at the wrong time or formal events. i think this absolutely nailed it.
