Have a 2007 AudiQ7 that the MMI audio will not communicate with my phone. Was working fine but now my speaker is muted and i cant un mute it. Tried resetting the system with the 3 finger salute but nothing happens when the MMI comes back on. The call connects but i cant hear anything and nor can the person on the other end... All other audio media works fine. Ive attache an image..... any ideas.

Have you tried turning the volume ****?

There is also somewhere in the settings menu where you can change the audio on all the things ie telephone, parking etc.

Is the volume turned up on your phone?

Yes i have tried turning up the volume on both phone and car. Where do i go to reset all audio settings.

Clues

Just a stab in the dark... but try this:

- Make a call with your cell phone while away from the car
- Mute your phone while still away from the car
- Get in and start your Q7 and connect to the car with your muted phone
- Unmute your phone while in the car
- Hopefully, MMI will unmute.
