New owner of a CPO here and have a question... wanted to see if this is a one-time issue that can be blamed on gremlins or something systemic. Last night, I walked up to the trunk and pulled the handle to open tailgate (I have the keyless entry feature). It unlatched the gate but did power open. I then manually pull the gate open but it would only open halfway (not to mention it was heavy opening). I pushed it closed and then tried again. This time, the power liftgate opened normally.

So, are there gremlins living in the trunk?

Aside from this, love the Q7. So much more refined than my Excursion

I always find it is easier to open by holding the middle button on the remote as I find you have to be quite quick with the handle or the boot will stop or start to go back down again.
