Pricing on 2015 Q7
Hi - New to the board. Just fell in love with the Q7 Premium Plus. Not 100% sure yet if gas or diesel (welcome advice and pro's and con's of each).
I am just trying to figure out how much play they really have with the numbers. What should I expect as a GREAT deal!
MSRP on TDI is $63,975
MSRP on Gas is $60,225
I believe there is a rebate for the TDI but I can't figure out exactly what it is. Either 1000 or 2000 but that should be above and beyond the percentage off MSRP.
Thanks in advance -
Kristi

In general, 6% off MSRP is a pretty good deal in most cases. That's equivalent to the supplier discount that some people automatically get. Pretty sure invoice is 7% off MSRP. The vehicle still seems to be in demand, so even though this is the last year of the outgoing model, they aren't in a position where they have to give them away.

They sure aren't especially since the new one has been delayed and the old one is now in limited supply.
The 2016's aren't' slated for release till next February or March and the last batch of the 2015's may have already landed. You better grab what you can if you want a 2015 or just wait for the 2016 and get no deal.

I love the torque that my 2013 Premium Plus TDI has. Whether on a mountain pass or a city street there is always plenty of available power while still providing excellent fuel economy. I have driven a loaner gas version when mine was in for regular maintenance, and would choose diesel every time.

go full boat on a 3.0t right now... there are a ton of kickbacks and allowances right now. whether you're leasing, financing or buying outright this is a great time to own a petrol q7.

I ordered end of March. Took delivery July 3rd. During the wait I joined Audi Club North America as a lifetime member for $750. So when I took delivery I got the 6% off sticker, as an Audi Financial Services customer I got 1,500 in incentive, and then there is a 1,000 additional incentive going on. That all added up to over 9% off sticker. The best part was absolutely no haggling whatsoever.

I think a lot of it will depend on your location, dealer inventory and even time of month.
I got a 2015 3.0 Premium Plus with the 20-inch wheel package for 10.5% off sticker. It was a VERY intense and involved negotiation that lasted a few days and we closed on the second-to-last day of the month. They were very motivated to put us in it and I was very informed (and patient)... so in the end I feel EXTREMELY happy with the deal. To be honest, it wouldn't surprise me if I might never get a like that ever again. They were (and still are) awesome to deal with to boot.
We both liked the TDI a lot... but they were not as anxious to deal on those. Around us, I think they sell well enough where there is less motivation for them to negotiate on those. For us, the MPG of the 3.0 matches the vehicle it was replacing, so it wasn't a hard pill to swallow. I also think we got a decent deal because it DIDN'T have the winter package... and living in New England, it wouldn't surprise me if some buyers found it less desirable on the lot.
