the blower regulator problem?

the blower regulator problem?
Hello,
My Audi Q7 2007 has the really week wind from the vents.
I checked the blower behind the glove box. It blows the wind but not strong. More important the blower regulator beside it is very hot even burned my hand. Is the blower regulator is broken?
Do I need to change a new one?

Even it is Oct now, but in a no wind Q7, it is still terrible.
