When I open the rear doorremotely or via the driver panel the it only opens half way. It seems to stick. Please help!

did the last person save it at that level? if so it will always open that low until you reset it to a new level.

Try moving it up to the height you want manually, then press and hold in the button on the inside of the door for a couple seconds to reset the level and see if that fixes it.

probably and obvious question and is most likely in the owners manual, but how would you control the hatch manually? I just realized the other night, If I'm hauling something huge, I can't open the glass window like in my old SUV, so how do you drive home?

after it opens to the preset height just push up on it and it will open fully....or push on it and hold it wherever you want the new preset height to be
