All the specs are on Ross-Tech's Wiki I believe as well as the correct procedure and codes etc....

i am familiar with the procedures and codes. i raised the vehicle slightly because my wife was complaining about the suspension being more harsh than before. i wanted to see how far from oem configuration i have deviated.

I see, you wanted confirmation of where the car should sit when at the different settings rather that resetting it to default.
I can measure mine but more accurate is probably this -

I think you need to head to about 3/4 the way through to where the attitude changes according to speed and settings are detailed.
