UPDATE
I dropped my Q7 off at dealership service on 8/15 at 8:15 AM. After 14 days in their shop, the following problems were (hopefully) fixed
- A-Pillar replaced with new one
- Rear driver side door handle replaced as it would not lock or unlock the car most of the time.
- Driver side seat leather - reattached. The hook that holds leather in place had come undone.
- Driver side 2nd row seat back leather - reattached under seat back release bezel.
The vehicle has accumulated a total of 32 days in for warranty repair work in 9 months of ownership.
While I hope all is well and I have no more issues, I have informed both my dealer and Audi North America that the vehicle now qualifies as a "lemon" under the GA Lemon Law 30 days out of service clause. And that if I have another issue, I will execute Lemon Law procedures.
Hopefully I will move forward and be a happy Audi owner and these first few months will soon be a distant memory.
